Food For Thought


Stolen from the latest issue of Scientific American:
"New research shows the cocoa flavanols in dark chocolate can briefly sharpen vision and boost cognitive function by temporarily increasing blood flow to the eyes and brain."

I needed to know that so I could justify polishing off most of the bar of (organic & fairly traded!) dark chocolate Ayrel gave me. It made reading flight information on the boards and recognizing appropriate gates sooooo much easier when flying home from Cleveland yesterday.
